Kingman – Harry Robert Keller, 74, died
early Saturday in his home at Rt 1, Kingman. He had been in ill health three
weeks, but death was unexpected. Mr. Keller was employed at the old Veedersburg
Brick Co. at one time. He operated a service station in Veedersburg and
Centennial for several years, operated a grocery in Yeddo and owned and
operated Kingman Café. He also was a route carrier for the Danville Commercial
news. Born Sept 9, 1910 in Fountain County he was a life resident of Fountain
County. In 1929 he married Geneva
Crowder who died Oct 15, 1983. He
attended Centennial Community Church and was a member of the Yeddo Lodge 636
F&AM, Scottish Rite, Valley of Terre Haute and Centennial Cemetery Board.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty Rowings of Rt 1, Kingman and one son, Robert L.
