Mrs. Margaret Anna Keerns , 62, died at 5:30 a.m. Friday at her home on Rt 2, Covington, following an illness of two years. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Christian Union Cemetery with Rev. CR

Thomas officiating. Interment was made at Lower Mound Cemetery. Mrs. Keerns was born Sept 11, 1885, at Attica, the daughter of Samuel and Sally Bigham. She was married to Nathaniel M. Keerns. Surviving are two

sons, Chester Phillips, Attica and Lawrence Keerns, Danville, and 10 grandchildren.
