Kaufman (Rev)

REV. KAUFMAN, pastor of our church was taken seriously ill at the home of Fred Haworth’s Monday night. Dr. Duncan was called and pronounced it tonsillitis in its worst form and did all he possible could for him and then Dr. Cuthbert of Kingman was called in consultation but all to no avail, the death angel had surely summoned him. He was partly paralyzed and unconscious to the end which came Friday night. His aged wife was with him, his daughter arriving after his death. After a short service at the house Saturday noon, undertaker Spencer started with the remains to Perrysville, the home of the deceased, where the funeral and interment took place Monday. The floral offering of the Fairview class was very beautiful. The many friends of Rev. Kaufman surely appreciated the kindness of Mr. and Mrs. Hayworth during the sickness at their home. - S
Note: Do not find him on FindAGrave - also spelled it Kaufmann but nothing -- OR in Death Records - even as Coffman - hmmm
