Boswell, Ind.—Mrs. Elsa Krebs, 74, of Fowler Route 4, died at 11:15 a.m. Thursday (June 13, 1974) at the Community Memorial Hospital in Hoopeston. She had been a patient there 10 days.

  Born March 23, 1900 in Henryville, she was the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Lindmayer Diterlin. She was married Sept. 3, 1922, to George Krebs, who survives.

  She was a member of the Boswell Church of Christ.

  Other survivors include five sons, Orvel of New Richmond, Russell and Bernard, both of Fowler Route 4, and Clarence and Cecil, both of Oxford; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Vogles of Wellington, Ill., and Mrs. Edna Nern of Ambia; two brothers, Robert Diterlin of Kingston, Ill., and Walter Diterlin of Scottsburg; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Mattson of Louisville, Ky. and Mrs. Ester Watson of Genoa, Ill.; 15 grandchildren and a great grandchild.

  She was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.

  Services were at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Boswell Church of Christ with Don Thornton officiating. Burial was in Boswell Cemetery. -s
