Washington, Feb 29 – The Navy Department said today this Indiana man was killed in action.  Edward Stanley Kay, aviation machinist’s mate, second class; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Kay, Hillsboro, Fountain County. -s-

Born 25 July 1920 Newtown, Fountain County, Indiana - he is also on his parents' grave but it says Lost at sea in 1943
