JULIAN, Cordie Williams

Cordie Julian, Covington, died 8:35 p.m. Thursday, May 29, at St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Illinois, where she had been a patient 13 days.
She was born April 20, 1887, near Milton, Kentucky, daughter of Williams and Ella Richey . She was first married to William Williams and later married John Julian on April 17, 1951. He preceded her in death February 28, 1969.
She is survived by one son, Everett Williams, New Albany; one sister, Bessie McDowell, Madison; one brother, Fred Davis, Madison; ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Mrs. Julian had been a resident of Covington since 1948 and had previously lived at Danville, Illinois, and Madison.
Her funeral will be 4 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at the Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Friday.
