Lucille Johnson, 93 of Lafayette died Monday Oct 2, 2006 at Mulberry Health and Retirement Center. Born Sept 12, 1913 to the late John and Margaret McCulley Cunningham in Newtown, she was a life resident of the area. Her marriage was to Glenn C “Jack” Johnson on May 16, 1931 and he preceded her on July 19, 1996. Mrs. Johnson worked as a Realtor for Hass BoCamp Realty and Binker Realty. She was a member of the Light House Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking, sewing and knitting.  Also surviving are a son, Jack Johnson (wife: Barbara) of Lafayette and a daughter, Janet Kerns of Mesa, Ariz.  Visitation will be 1 hour prior to 2 p.m. funeral service Thursday Oct 5, 2006 at Hippensteel Funeral Home, Pastor Jim Chase officiating. Entombment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Also surviving are six grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Several brothers, and a granddaughter, Kathy Kerns, have preceded her. - kbz
