Attica- Funeral rites were conducted Tuesday Oct 16, at the DeSutter Funeral Home for LeRoy Johnson, age 53, of Attica, who died at 6 p.m. Saturday Oct 13, at his home. He had been ill for 11 months. Born Feb 27, 1909, he was the son of Charles and Rosa Props Johnson. He was married at Attica, July 20, 1934, to Cathleen Gose, who survives. Mr. Johnson had been a partner in the Johnson Moving & Storage Co. with his brother, Carl. He was a member of the Moose Lodge. Survivors include his mother, of Attica; his wife; and a sister, Mrs. Earl (Florence) Harshbarger of Attica. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Floyd. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery.
