Stephan J. Jackman, infant son of Michael M. and Thelma Wittenmyer Jackman, Covington Rt. 2, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, an hour and a half after his birth in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill.
Surviving, in addition to the parents, are: two brothers, Jeffery Michael and William Raymond; one half-brother, Michael Marion; the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Wittenmyer of Bloomingdale and Mrs. Josephine Jackman of Covington Rt. 2, and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Lena Brower Wittenmyer.
Graveside rites were conducted at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma. The Rev. Harold Fogle, Covington, officiated. The Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home of Covington was in charge of arrangements.
