Hillsboro, Ind.—Services were in White Cloud, Mich., for Mrs. Nancy Simmons Hughey, 77, formerly of Wallace and Veedersburg.
She died Oct. 14, 1974, in Gerber Hospital in Fremont, Mich., following a stroke.
Services were at the McKinley Grant Chapel, with burial in White Cloud Cemetery.
Born June 21, 1897, near Wallace, she received her schooling there. She was married to Hallie Hughey, who survives. They moved from Veedersburg to White Cloud a number of years ago.
Other survivors include two sets of twins, Paul of White Cloud and Mrs. Pauline Jenkins of Muskegon, Mich., and Leonard of White Cloud and Glen of Wolf Lake; a sister, Mrs. Abbie Allen of Crawfordsville; 20 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren. – s
