HUBER, Freda Gouty Wolter - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Freda Wolter Huber of Lake Worth, Florida, age 77, died Friday, July 9, in John F. Kennedy Hospital at Lake Worth. She was born north of Rileysburg, July 12, 1904, the daughter of Luther M. and Burley Fulton Gouty. In 1923, she married Frank Wolter, who died in 1942. In 1948, she married Herman Huber, who died in 1976. Mrs. Huber attended Rileysburg Grade School and Covington High School.

  Survivors include two sons, Robert F. Wolter of Covington and Merle E. Wolter of West Palm Beach, Florida; a sister, Marie Altenstadter of Danville, Illinois; two brothers, Luther M. Gouty Jr. and Floyd Gouty, both of Danville; nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at E. Earl Smith and Son Funeral Home in Lake Worth with Rev. Scrivner Damon officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery at Lake Worth. – thanks to S
