HOWARD, Mildred Fretz - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mildred F. Howard of Louisville, Kentucky, formerly of Mellott, age 89, died Monday evening, January 10, in St. Matthews Manor Nursing Home at Louisville, She was born at Moran, May 28, 1893, the daughter of Henry B. and Lulu Frye Fretz. March 15, 1922, she married Glen Howard, who died in 1935. Mrs. Howard was a member of Mellott United Church of Christ and was educated in the Mellott area schools.

  Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Goff of Louisville; two grandchildren and one great grandson.

  Funeral services were held this morning (Thursday) at Crumley-Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. John Fleming officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery at Hillsboro. – thanks to S
