HOWARD, Janith Lou - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Janith Lou Howard, 75 of Crawfordsville died Friday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  Mrs. Howard had previously worked at Danner’s, Pool’s and Ace Hardware. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary. She attended Hillsboro HS. She was born Aug 21, 1934 at Hillsboro to Thomas and Buryl (Shirley) Templeton. She first married Richard Zachary in 1950. They later divorced and he died in 2003. She then married Rosco Howard in 1987 and he died in 2002. Survivors include sons, Mike (Julie) Zachary, Mark (Sheila) Zachary, Rick (Linda) Zachary, daughter (Vicki (Bub) Davis all of Crawfordsville; 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, a son, Brian Zachary and three grandchildren, Trenton, Kelsey and Stacy Zachary.  Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, 107 N Grant Ave, Crawfordsville with Rev. Jim Fay officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call from noon until 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
