The Rev. Riffle C. Howard, 62 of Kingman, died at 1:50 p.m. Sunday (May 4, 1975) in Vermillion County Hospital at Clinton. He was a retired minister and farmer and was a member of Kingman Methodist Church. Born May 24, 1912, at Veedersburg, he was a son of Ward and Vessie Keller Howard. He was married to Velma Brook on Dec. 24, 1942. She survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Miss Mary K. Howard of Breman; a son, Garold of Walkerton; and a sister, Mrs. Iona Gilley of Kingman. A brother is deceased. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Woodrow Funeral Home with Rev. Luther Page officiating. Burial will be in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. - tch

Funeral services for the Rev. Riffle C. Howard, 62, of Kingman, Ind. wee held at the Woodrow Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7.
Rev. Howard was a retired Methodist Church minister and farmer. He died Sunday, May 4, in a nursing home at Ladoga.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Velma Howard. Burial was in the Fraternal Cemetery.
