Attica, Ind Sept 1 – Mrs. Margaret Peck Hoover, aged resident of Attica was found dead in bed at an early hour Wednesday morning by her grandson, Ralph Hoover. Mrs. Hoover was 87 years old and had been gradually growing more feeble. Indications were she had passed away quietly in the early part of the night. Mrs. Hoover, mother of the Late Rev UG Hoover came to Attica to reside about 20 years ago from Momence. She is survived by four grandchildren, Paul Hoover and Ralph Hoover of Attica; Emory Hoover of Logansport and Mrs. Lois Roberts of Pine Village. Funeral services will be held Friday morning and the remains will be taken overland to Momence for burial. – kbz
Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Hoover was called to Attica today to attend the funeral of the former's mother Mrs. Margaret Hoover, aged eighty seven years, whose death took place in Attica.
