HOOVER, Emma - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Attica, April 21 – Mrs. Emma Hoover, 82 years old and one of the oldest and most highly esteemed residents of Attica died at her home here Saturday evening. She had been in poor health for a year. Mrs. Hoover was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Ella Newlin; Mrs. Sallie Buchanan and Mrs. Thorney Allen and a brother, Carl Menster all of Attica. The funeral services was set fore 4 o’clock Monday afternoon at the late home with Rev. PL Benedict in charge and burial at Riverside cemetery.  - kbz
