HIPSHER, Louis Routzahn

Williamsport—Louise Routzahn Hipsher, 90, a resident of Woodland Manor Nursing Center, Attica, died at 4:50 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 1989 in Community Hospital, Williamsport, where she had been a patient one day. She formerly lived at Brown Apartments in Williamsport.
  She was born Nov. 18, 1898 in West Lebanon, the daughter of Joel and Martha Jane Brenner Routzahn. She had spent all of her life in Warren County and moved to Williamsport in 1945. She was married March 2, 1918 in Williamsport to Ira E. Hipsher, a former Warren County Highway department employee, who preceded her in death in 1977.
  She was a homemaker and a member of United Methodist Church in Williamsport and Bunco Club and a former member of Pythian Sisters.
  Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Ronnie (Martha) Simpson and Mrs. Richard (Betty) Galvin, both of Williamsport, and Mrs. Roscoe (Maxine) Bryant, Franklin, N. C.; one son, Edward, Route 2, Veedersburg; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
  Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at Fisher Funeral Home, Williamsport. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Fisher Chapel with the Rev. Charles Anderson officiating. Burial will be in West Lebanon Cemetery. – thanks so much to S
