HINRICHS, Margaret Wencke - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Margaret L. Hinrichs, 81, Danville, Ill., died at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, August 28, at her residence. She was born March 7, 1905, in Indianapolis, to Charles and Daisy Simon Wencke. She married Elmer W. Hinrichs in 1938, in Danville. He died in 1957. She worked at Windbreaker and Danville Jacket for 34 years, retiring in 1971. Surviving are a daughter, Wanetta Lee, Danville; a granddaughter, Carol Swearingen, Perrysville; three grandsons, Earl R. Lee, Jr., Palmdale, Calif.; Gary M. Lee and Alan W. Middleton, both of Urbana, Ill., and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Spring Hill Cemetery. Pape Memorial home and Gardens were in charge of arrangements.
