HILLMAN, Edith Talbert - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Edith Z. Hillman of Urbana, age 82, died Tuesday evening, November 23, in Burnham City Hospital at Champaign, Illinois. She was born near Covington, August 9, 1900, the daughter of George and Olivia Harrison Talbert. September 30, 1923, she married Charles W. Hillman, who died in 1953. Mrs. Hillman was a member of the Urbana First United Methodist Church, Nicean Sunday School Class, Unity Club, Woman’s Club and Champaign County Nursing Home Auxiliary. She was a 50-year member of the OES.

  Survivors include five nieces and five nephews.

  Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Weaver-Henderson Funeral Home in Urbana with Rev. Richard L. McGuire officiating. Burial was in the cemetery at Oakwood, Illinois. - thanks so much to S
