Funeral services for Philco Hill, aged 63, who died in St. Elizabeth Hospital Friday, were held in the Howard Presbyterian Church at 2 p.m. Sunday. The sermon was preached by the Rev. Winn Sherrill. Music, Kate Kiger at piano and Paul Ray Jr., singing and an obituary by Earl Ray. Mr. Hill was a general store keeper at Howard. He is survived by the widow, formerly Miss Nellie Seaton, a stepson, Glen Hill, of Rensselaer, and a granddaughter, Linda Lee Miller. – thanks to S&E
