Anna G. Hill, 85, of Covington,
Ind., formerly of Danville, Ill., passed away at 7:05 a.m. Tuesday, January 23,
1996 at her residence. She was born March 17, 1910, in Springfield, Ill., the
daughter of Albert and Mary Kieligh Malek. She married Edward W. Hill in
Chicago, Ill. He preceded her in death in 1989. Survivors include: one son,
Raymond (Lucia) Hill of Darien, Ill.; one daughter, Barbara (Ron) Humphreys of
Williamsport; one sister, Mary Pergler of Cicero, Ill.; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Clarence, and two
brothers, Joe and Johnny. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Paul’s
Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing and keeping her house. Services will be at
11 a.m. (CST) Friday, January 26, 1996 at Sunset Funeral Home with Father Doug
Hennessy officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will
be from 4 to 8 p.m. (CST) Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made
to the American Diabetes Association. – jlr
