Mrs. Addie A. Hickman, 69, died last Friday at the home of her son, Robert, Covington Rt 3 after being in ill health for several years. Mrs. Hickman was born Dec 7, 1883 near Winthrop, Ind daughter of Robert M. and Mary Hoskins Butler. She was married to Ray Hickman Dec 24, 1898. He preceded her in death. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Marie Coffing, Attica Rt 4; a son, Robert Hickman of Covington Rt 3; two brothers, Roy Butler of Pine Village and Manie E. Butler of Attica, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son and daughter and three sisters. Mrs. Hickman was a member of the Countian Christian Church Ladies Aid at Portland Arch. Funeral services were Sunday at the Fountain Christian Church with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery. – kbz
