Notice is hereby given that letters of administration have been granted by the Probate court of the county of Fountain, State of Indiana to the undersigned on the personal property, money and effects of Harriet Hetfield, late of said county and state, dec’d.  All persons owing said estate are requested to call and make immediate payment and those having demands will file their claims according to law. .Joseph Glasscock, admr.

Notice is hereby given, that I will expose to public sale on the 23d day of December next at the late residence of Harriet Hetfield, late of Fountain County and State of Indiana, deceased, the following property, via: horses, cattle, sheet, household and kitchen furniture and other property too tedious to mention.  Sale to commence at 10 o’clock am on said day and continue till all sold. A credit of 12 months will be given by purchaser giving note and approved security waving the valuable and appraisement law.  Joseph Glassock, adr.
