HERSHBERGER, Reba Cruea - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Reba K. Hershberger of Covington, age 62, died Sunday morning, March 27, in Carle Foundation Hospital at Urbana, Illinois. She was born in Little York, November 16, 1920, the daughter of William and Katherine Kirby Cruea. November 3, 1940, she married George E. Hershberger, who survives. A graduate of Covington High School and a member of Fountain-Warren Realtors Association, she was an abstractor for 43 years and for several years was owner of Douglass and Nelson, Incorporated, in Covington.

  Also surviving are a son, Paul of Crawfordsville; a sister, Louise Hurley of Covington; and three half sisters, Wilma Bridgewater of Marion, Lela Clifton of Danville and Pearl Noble of Covington.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Robert H. Miller officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery at Covington. – thanks to S
