COVINGTON — Miss Celia Elvira Hegg, age 78, a life resident of Covington, died at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, at her home at 829 Crocket St. Miss Hegg was born in Covington on Feb. 19, 1890, the daughter of Fred and Emma Phebus Hegg. Surviving are: one brother, Ambrose Hegg of Covington; one niece and three nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hegg Funeral Home here. The Rev. Glenn Ray, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Covington, officiated. Burial was in Mt.
