HAZELWOOD, Audly - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mellott, Ind.—Services were Tuesday in Pearson, Ark., for Audly Hazelwood, 63, a former Mellott resident.

  Mr. Hazelwood died unexpectedly Sunday March 3, 1974 of a heart attack at his home in Quitman, Ark. He had lived in Mellott 17 years before returning to Arkansas seven years ago. While in Mellott, he had been a driver for a LP gas company.    He was born in Pearson and married Opal Gay there. She survives.    Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Everette (Billie) Allen of Quitman; a son, James Hazelwood of Lafayette, Ind.; two brothers; three sisters and four grandchildren.
