ATTICA, Ind. (CNS) — Myrtle Hayden, 81, of Attica Route 1, died at 12:45 a.m. today (June 18, 1976) at the Meadow Heights Nursing Home in Williamsport. She had been a patient there for six months. Born Sept. 17, 1894, near West Lebanon, she was the daughter of Belle Statton and Robert Hull. She was married to Jesse Hayden Feb. 7, 1942, at Crawfordsville. He preceded her in death Nov. 12, 1974. Survivors include two sons, Charles Tanner of Attica Route 1 and Alonzo Kaiser of Glendale, Ariz.; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Derringer of Indianapolis and Mrs. Geneva Covault of Kingman; four sisters, June Henderson of Carlisle, Pa., Mildred Howe and Nell Fox, both of Danville, Ill., and Hattie Watson of Hoopeston, Ill.; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Attica and a former member of American War Mothers. A former resident of Covington, she had resided in Attica since 1940. She attended school in Warren County. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Dale Maus Funeral Home in Attica with the Rev. Harvey Lang officiating. Burial will be at Wolf Creek Cemetery near Attica. Friends will be received from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. --typed by Walt W
