Hillsboro - Ambrose Hayden, 48, brother of Mrs. Wreatha Bass of Hillsboro died Friday at a hospital in Champaign, Ill where he lived. Mr. Hayden was botn and reared at Covington. Survivors include a wife; four children, all at home; his mother Mrs. Rose Brown of Veedersburg; his father Ivan Hayden of Covington; three brothers, Ralph Hayden of Covington; Ivan Hayden of Mobile, Al and Louis Hayden of California; a half brother, Edgar McKinney of Veedersburg and two sisters, Mrs. Bass and Mrs. Marie King of Yeddo. Funeral services will be at Owens Funeral Home at Champaign at 2 p.m. Monday

Funeral services for Ambrose Hayden, age 48, of Champaign, Ill., son of Ivan Hayden, 816 Second St., and Mrs. Rose Brown of Veedersburg, who died Friday, Sept. 29, were held Monday afternoon at the Owens Funeral Home in Champaign. He was born in Covington May 25, 1913 and spent his early life in this community. Mr. Hayden is survived by his wife Helen, and four children; his father, his mother; two brothers, Ivan Hayden Jr., of Mobile, Ala., and Lewis Hayden of San Francisco, Calif., and the following half-brothers and half-sisters, Calvin Hayden of Maryland, Mrs. Lorraine Kornegay of Houston, Tex., Bob Hayden of Danville, Ill., Mrs. Joyce Craw of Potomac, Ill., Mrs. Pat Miller, Mrs. Delores Elliott, David Hayden and Robert Harden all of Covington; and several aunts and uncles. --typed by Walt W
