HAY, Aud"Rey" England - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Audrey L. Hay of Catlin, Illinois, formerly of Covington, age 50, died Sunday afternoon, June 14, in Lakeview Medical Center at Danville, Illinois. She was born in Danville, December 4, 1930, the daughter of Charles H. and Rachel Darnell England. August 16, 1946, she married James R. Hay, who survives. Mrs. Hay was a member of the First Church of Christ in Covington and the Lioness Club in Danville.

Also surviving are her mother, Mrs. Rachel Martin of Allerton, Illinois; her stepfather, John Martin of Allerton; a brother, James Chester England; a stepsister, and a stepbrother.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Dan Roberts officiating. Burial was in Lower Mound Cemetery north of Perrysville. – thanks to S
