  Miss Linda Jo Hawn of Terre Haute, age 31, died in Union Hospital, Monday, October 5, of a gunshot wound to the head. The wound was apparently self-inflicted. She was born at Clinton, July 1, 1950, the daughter of Forrest and Estelle M. Cary Hawn. She was a member of Horseshoe Number 11 Mission Church and a graduate of North Vermillion High School. Miss Hawn had been employed as an inspector at Columbia Records Company for seven years.

  Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Hawn of RR 1, Dana; and three sisters, Sandra J. Rennacker of RR 2, Covington; Joyce M. Hughes of Newport and Mary Ellen Edwards of Terre Haute.

  Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thursday) at DeVerter Brothers Funeral Home in Cayuga with burial in Bethel Cemetery at Ridge Farm, Illinois. – s
