HAWLEY, Sarah Effie - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Effie Jane Hawley, 75, 407 N. Monroe St., Williamsport, who died April 24 at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Ill., were held 2 p.m. Monday at the Williamsport Christian Church with Rev. Joe Shryock officiating. Mrs. Beulah Pugh played favorite hymns on the organ.

  Those who served as pallbearers were Jim Ottinger, Howard Marlatt, Cobe Marlatt, Dean Johnson, Dean Thomas and Don Fox. (Pape Funeral Home records show that Sarah was the daughter of John & Alvirda (Elwell) Hickman. Husband was Frank Hawley) -s
