Veedersburg – Sarah Ann Woodrum-Hathaway, 30, Veedersburg, died at 8:05 p.m. May 19, 1997 in St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital.  She was born March 29, 1967 at Danville, Ill, the daughter of Delbert Leroy (Woody) and Viola Elizabeth Mack Woodrum.  She married David F. Hathaway Sept 16, 1995 at Veedersburg.  He survives.  She was a 1985 graduate of Fountain Central HS and lived in Veedersburg for most of her life, except for a few years in Plymouth.  She attended Sterling Christian Church. She was a secretary for Vista Equipment Co, at Crawfordsville for the past five years.  Surviving, besides her husband are: her maternal grandmother, Ophie Mack, Veedersburg; her father; Delbert L. (Woody) Woodrum, Veedersburg; her mother, Viola Elizabeth Young, Veedersburg; her stepmother, Harriet S (Sandy) Woodrum, Veedersburg; a son, Dale Allen Hathaway, Veedersburg; a stepson, Robert W. Hathaway, Oxford; two sisters, Linda (Larry) Cunningham, Mulberry and Donna (Robert) Inman, Covington; a brother, Richard Woodrum Cherry Point, NC; and several aunts and uncles. The body was cremated services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Sterling Christian Church with Gary Johnson officiating.  Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.  Parham-Shelby Funeral Home, Veedersburg is in charge of arrangements.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. – kbz
