Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Etta Harvey, age 88, a former Tangier resident, mother of Loyd Harvey of Kingman Rt., and sister of Cecil Norman of Attica, were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman. Mrs. Harvey died Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 14, at the Parke County Nursing Home near Rockville. Prior to entering the nursing home she had resided in Rockville. Mrs. Harvey was a native of Rockville and she was born Oct. 22, 1878, the daughter of Daniel and Rose Etta Hendrix Norman. She was married Sept. 7, 1902, to Edgar Harvey, who died 12 days before. She was a member of the Fairview EUB Church. Surviving are: three daughters, Mrs. Etta Graham of Rockville, Mrs. Bertha Bailey of Orange, Calif., and Mrs. Waneta Hoblit of Hawthorn, Calif., one son, Loyd of Kingman Rt.; one sister, Mrs. Rose Hale of Brazil; three brothers, John Norman of Hillsdale, Grover Norman of Greencastle Rt., and Cecil of Attica; and three grandchildren. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery at Rockville.  --typed by Walt W
