  Luther Bert Harvey, 72, retired farmer, died Sunday noon at his home near Kingman after an illness of several months.

  He was born Oct. 19, 1876 in Parke County, the son of Isaac and Mary Marshall Harvey. He married Lois Bennett Oct. 13, 1906.

  Surviving are the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Marie McGinness, Tangier, and Mrs. Sarah Pugh, Kingman; three sons, Evan, Waveland and James and Earl, both of Kingman; four sisters, Mrs. Ina Aubrey, Mrs. Lucy Swan and Mrs. Carrie Galey, all of Indianapolis and Mrs. Bessie Robinson, Chicago, Ill.; a brother, Harrison Harvey, Indianapolis, and several grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Wolf Creek Church. Burial was in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Spencer Funeral Home was in charge. – S&E
