Veedersburg - Bonnie Rae Harvey, 48, of Rt 2, Veedersburg, died at 4:32 p.m. Monday in St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis. Mrs. Harvey had worked for General Electric and Fountain Central HS cafeteria and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Community Bible Church.
She was born May 4, 1943 at Covington to Ray and Sarah Bowers McCollum. She married Donald Harvey Oct 14, 1967. He survives. Also surviving is her mother, Sarah Oilar of Veedersburg, two daughters, Tamela Jo Robbins of Veedersburg and Terri Elizabeth Blackwell of Monticello; a son, Timothy Wayne Harvey of Veedersburg; two step sons, Donald Harvey Jr. and David Allen Harvey, both of Crawfordsville; two step daughters, Debra Jo Phelps and Dina Alice Harvey, both of Crawfordsville; a brother, Freddie McCollum of Dale City, VA; two sisters, Mary Jo Foley of Veedersburg and Janie Gary of Elkhart; four grandchildren and seven step grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. with Pastor “Bud” Stidham officiating. Visitation will be Thursday 2—4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg. Interment at Rockfield Cemetery, Veedersburg. Those so desiring may contribute in memoriam to the Lupus Foundation of America. - klbz
