KINGMAN — Richard Fred Hart, 71,
Kingman, died at 1:56 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10, 2006 in Provena United Samaritan
Medical Center Logan Campus, Danville, Ill. He was born Jan. 17, 1935 in
Danville, Ill., the son of Harold and Mildred (Mitchell) Raymond. He married
Mary Land Sept. 18, 1954 in Georgetown, Ill. She preceded in death Jan. 9,
1994. He was a former member of the Georgetown Auxiliary Police and was a
police officer 17 years in Georgetown. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include: a son, Richard L. “Rick” Hart, Danville, Ill.; two
daughters, Weslee Land-Johnson (Marc Johnson), Ridge Farm, ill., Joni
Hart-Bauer, Kingman; two sisters, Mildred (Ray) Land, Georgetown, Ill. and
Kathleen Hall, Danville, Ill.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. He requested cremation
with no services. Arrangements by Shelby Funeral Home, Covington. – jlr
