COVINGTON - Funeral arrangements are still pending for Herbert Dean Harris, 20, a Navy engineman-fireman from Covington who died Feb. 3 in Sasebo, Japan. Harris' body will be returned to the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington. Harris collapsed while on duty on the USS Eppingforst, a minesweeper support ship. - jlr
