VEEDERSBURG — Mrs. Mary Florey Harmon, age 68, of Veedersburg Rt. 4, died of an apparent heart attack at 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 25, at her home. She was born April 28, 1903, in Warren County, the daughter of Connie and Sena Bailey Jones. She was married June 30, 1920 to Carl Florey, who died in June of 1961. She later married Bloomer Harmon on June 2, 1970. Mrs, Harmon was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the American War Mothers, both of Veedersburg. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are: two sons, Richard Florey of Veedersburg and Wayne Florey of Crawfordsville; three daughters, Mrs. Max (Isabel) Auter of Covington, Mrs. Fred (Connie) VanHook of Crawfordsville, and Mrs. Max (Ruth) Suiters of Waynetown; a step-son, Myron Harmon of Bloomington, Ill.; four brothers, Jim Jones and Gene Jones, both of West Point, Robert Jones of Waynetown and Bill Jones of Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Opal McKinney of Veedersburg and Mrs. Fannie Glascock of Lafayette; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Parham Funeral Home here. The Rev. Vernon Souder officiated and burial was in Lower Mound Cemetery, southwest of Covington. -- typed by Walt W

Florey Harmon, 68 of Rt 4, Veedersburg, died at her home 12:30 p.m. Friday from
an apparent heart attack. Born in Warren County, Mrs. Harmon married Carl
