William Hardesty, 75, a resident of Covington most of his life, died Sunday night in Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville. Born July 10, 1869, he was a son of John and Mary Ann Hardesty. Surviving are the widow, Kate, daughter, Mrs. Beulah Murray, Crawfordsville; a brother, Lew of Kankakee; d two sisters, Mrs. Manly Richardson south of Covington and Mrs. Czar Briner of Sterling. Funeral services were held at 2:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in Shelby Funeral Home in Covington. Burial was made in Mt. Hope Cemetery. - - transcribed by kbz
