Covington, Oct 1—Isaac Harbert, 78 years of age, and a veteran of the Civil War died at his home on south Second Street, Sunday morning at 2 o’clock. He had been ill for several months. Mr. Harbert was born in Fountain County Aug 23, 1845. He was twice married, his second marriage took place in 1902, to Mrs. Sue Sower. During the Civil War he was a member of the 15th Indiana Regiment. He spent nearly his entire life in Covington. He is survived by his widow, one stepdaughter, Mrs. Alva Stalker, of Rudd, Iowa and one nephew, Wally Miller of California. -kz
