HAMILTON, Orville - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Orville Hamilton of RR 3, Danville, Illinois, age 53, died Wednesday, Mary 13, in Mercy Hospital at Urbana, Illinois. He was born in Danville, August 30, 1927, the son of Orville and Gretchen Wildman Hamilton. August 28, 1948, he married Fannie Kittell, who survives. A Navy veteran of World War II, he had been a supervisor for Lebanon Chemical Company for 32 years.

  Also surviving are three sons, Douglas and Daniel, both of Danville and Donald of Covington; two daughters, Patricia Divan and Catherine Smiley, both of Danville; his parents and a brother Richard, all of Danville; three sisters, Grace Hollman of Gary, Norma Hastings and Dorothy Divan, both of Oakwood, Illinois; and four grandchildren.

  The body was taken from Barrick and Son Funeral Home in Danville to the Danville first Church of the Nazarene for funeral services Saturday afternoon with Rev. F. Keith Bottles officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park at Danville. – thanks to S
