HALL, Floyd Allen - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Floyd Allen Hall of RR 1, Covington, age 70, died Thursday night, July 22, at his home. He was born at Georgetown, Illinois, August 4, 1911, the son of Columbus Andrew and Floy Ellen Glick Hall. He was first married to Virginia Hunt and later to Delores Reed. August 31, 1962, he married Ella Turner Glascott, who died in 1977. A member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church, he was a retired carpenter.

  Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Spencer of Waynetown; a son, Gary A., of RR 1, Covington; a sister, Olive Jones of RR 1, Covington; a brother, Russell R. of RR 1, Covington; and four grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiating. Burial was in Lower Mound Cemetery. – thanks to S
