VEEDERSBURG, Ind. — Mrs. Bertha A. Hyatt Hall, 86, of Veedersburg Route 4, died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville at 10 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 3, 1973). She had been ill for several years. Born in Fountain County, Jan. 14, 1886, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Hyatt. She was married March 9, 1911, in Covington to Mahlon B. Hall, who died Nov. 14, 1956. He was a farmer by trade. A life resident of the Veedersburg area, she was a member of the Union Christian Church and the Shawnee Township Home Economics Club. Survivors include a son, Richard of Veedersburg Route 4; two daughters, Mrs. Herman (Marjorie) Schmid of Attica and Mrs. Maxine Good of Centerville; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday at the Dale Maus Funeral Home in Attica, with the Rev. Harry C. Randolph officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery near Attica. Visitation will be at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Friday. --typed by Walt W
