Veedersburg relatives were notified of the death of Harold Hagstrom of Buffalo NY last week. The word came to Mr. and Mrs. Cy VanDeventer. Mrs. Hagstrom was formerly Susan VanDeventer of Veedersburg and she survives. Mr. Hagstrom was 58 years old at the time of his death and most of their married life was spent in Buffalo with the exception of a few years spent in Jamestown, New York. Mr. Hagstrom was a store manager for a wholesale furniture company until ill health caused his retirement. Mr. and Mrs. Hasgstrom were frequent visitors in the Veedersburg area and had many friends here. Mr. and Mrs. Cy VanDeventer attended the funeral services which were held in Buffalo. – kbz
