HILLSBORO — Eunice A. (Lamb)
Haga, 82, 1205 S. Maudlin Road, Hillsboro, died at 6:55 a.m. Thursday, June 22,
2006 at her residence. She was born Sept. 16, 1923 in Williamsport. She married
O. Eugene Haga Jan. 12, 1942 in St. Joseph, Mich. He preceded in death April 1,
2002. She graduated from Tangier School in 1941. She had lived most of her life
in the Hillsboro area. She formerly worked at Radio Material Corp. in Attica.
She was a nurse's aide at the nursing homes in Waynetown and Covington. She
enjoyed quilting, crocheting, painting and decorating. Survivors include: a
son, John (Madonna) Haga, Perrysville; two daughters, Pat (Bill) Powell,
Hillsboro and Peggy (Jeff) Bossaer, Attica; two sisters, Carrie “Kay” Craft,
Danville, Ill. and Marvis (Herb) Loveall, Tangier; two brothers, Alonzo
“Lonnie” Lamb, Kingman and Francis Lamb, Tangier, six grandchildren; and six
great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by four brothers and a
sister. Gravesite services were at 2 p.m. Sunday in Bethel Cemetery, east of
Attica, with Pastor Harold Holt officiating. Maus Funeral Home, Hillsboro, was
