James Robert Hack of RR 1, Hillsboro, age 62, died Thursday morning, July 29, at his home. He was born in Sugar Creek Township, Parke County, August 13, 1919, the son of Elmer and Blanche Hoag Hack. An Army veteran of World War II, he had worked at Harrison Steel Casting Company in Attica and for the Fountain County Highway Department.
  Surviving are a son, Bert A. of Attica; two sisters, Mildred Carter of Evergreen Park, Illinois, and Elizabeth Hoffman of Lafayette; and three brothers, William of Bloomingdale, Richard of Veedersburg and Don of Martinsville.
  Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with John R. Waleer officiating. Burial was in Coopers Chapel Cemetery near Yeddo. ā€“ thanks so much to ā€œSā€
