Hack, Chauncey Edgar, 95, of Clearwater, died Saturday (Feb 4, 1989) at his residence. He was born in Kingman, Ind and came here in 1960 from Cayuga, Ind where he was owner-operator of Hack’s Hardware Store. Previously, he was a coal miner and railroad worker. Locally, he owned two apartment houses in Ozona and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, where he was treasurer of the Sunday School. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Lula L; a daughter, Barbara Gerard, Clearwater; a sister, Hazel Miller, Bloomingdale, Ind; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren, Rhodes & Wice Funeral Directors, Belcher Chapel, Clearwater. - kbz
