Services held at the Monticello United Methodist Church for the Rev. Ralph S. Gwin, 83, a former area minister. He died Saturday Sept. 4, 1976 at a Monticello nursing home, where he had resided since 1967. Rev. Gwin was a pastor of the Methodist Church at Newtown 1942 and 1943. He also served other Indiana churches. Survivors include his wife, Edna; two daughters, Mrs. Verle Wagoner of Delphi and Esther; and a son, Oliver of DeMotte. --waw
