COVINGTON, Ind. (CNS)—Mrs. Cleo Margaret Grubb, 49, owner and operator of the Grubb Implement store in Covington since the death of her husband in 1943, died at 8 a. m. Saturday ( March 13, 1954) in Las Cruces, N. M., where she had been for about a month. Mrs. Grubb was born March 2, 1905, in Williamsport, daughter of Samuel and Fanny Osburn French. She was married to King Edward Grubb, Nov. 21, 1923. Surviving are her mother; two daughters, Patricia Marshall of Las Cruces, and Clara Marie Muckley of Ft. Wayne; a son, Edward Cleon of Covington; a brother, Luis French of Couts, Ind., and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, father and a brother, Earl. Mrs. Grubb was active in community affairs and was a member of the Covington Methodist Church, Mu Epsilon Lamba Literary Club and the Pythian Sisters. The body will arrive in Danville Monday night and will be taken to the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Covington Methodist Church. The body will be taken to the church at 1 p. m. The Rev. Elwood Anderson will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.  --typed by Walt W
