Henry Grimes, aged 80 years (hand dated April 1935 - no name of paper) -- Henry Grimes, aged 80 a former resident of Hillsboro vicinity died at his home near Lafayette Thurs morning after a few weeks illness. he had submitted to two surgical operations in the past few weeks. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. mary Hershey, who resided with her father; one brother, Charles Grimes of near HIllsboro and two sisters, Mrs. hester Ann Livengood, of new Hillsboro and mrs. Mary Clawson of Martinsville. THe funeral service was held form the home Sat morning at 10 o'clock with burial in the Eley cemetery near Lafyette, Charles Grimes, Mrs. Hester Ann Livengood and the latter's son, Mr. and mrs. Albert Livengood of this community attended the funeral.
